By installing Wake from the App Store, you agree to Apple's Standard EULA (the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/.../stdeula) and to the following terms specific to Wake.

What Wake provides

Wake is an iPhone app that reads sleep data already in Apple Health and generates a two-sentence morning explanation on-device. Wake is informational; it does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Not medical advice

Wake's explanations and observations are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Wake offers three premium options:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before it ends. Unused portion of a free trial (if any) is forfeit if you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime purchase

The lifetime IAP is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It does not expire and is restorable on any device signed into the same Apple Account that bought it.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Wake is licensed, not sold. Don't reverse-engineer or redistribute it.

Disclaimer

Wake is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hadger is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Wake, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Almaty.

Changes

Hadger may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Wake after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes.
