Where are my photos and charts stored? Only on your iPhone or iPad, inside the app. Nothing is uploaded.
Does Sampler need an internet connection? No. Charting, the floss list and the fabric card all work in Airplane Mode.
How do I restore my purchase? Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
How do I cancel a subscription? In your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sampler Plus. The charts you made stay in the app either way.
