Where does the audio go?

It stays in the app sandbox on your iPhone, encrypted at rest. Pith Voice has no servers and the audio never leaves the device.

Why does the app require iPhone 15 Pro or newer?

The summaries and themes are produced by Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models), which Apple gates to iPhone 15 Pro and later. We cannot ship the experience on older iPhones without sending your data to a cloud, which is exactly what Pith Voice exists not to do.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pith Voice. Cancel any time. The current period stays active until it ends.

I lost my entries when I changed phones. What now?

If you had iCloud Backup turned on when you set up the old phone, your entries will restore with your other apps during the new phone setup. If you did not have iCloud Backup on, the entries are unfortunately gone — Pith Voice has no server copy by design.

I had a Lifetime purchase but it's not showing.

Tap "Restore purchases" on the paywall or in Settings → Subscription. The Apple ID that bought Lifetime must be signed in on the device.

Can I export everything?

Settings → Export your journal. A ZIP with transcripts, summaries, tags, timestamps, and audio is generated and offered to the share sheet.
