Effective 2026-05-19. Pith Voice version 1.0 and later.
Pith Voice is built by Hadger (ИП Шмигирилов, Kazakhstan). This policy describes what data Pith Voice handles. The short version: Pith Voice does not collect anything from you, because nothing leaves your iPhone unless you explicitly export it.
Nothing. Pith Voice has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics SDKs. Your audio, transcripts, summaries, tags, and usage stay on the device.
The only outbound traffic the app participates in is StoreKit's communication with Apple to verify subscriptions and process purchases. This is Apple's standard StoreKit flow, governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Pith Voice does not add any tracking to it.
Your entries participate in iOS's standard encrypted iCloud Backup so a new-iPhone restore brings your journal back. This is Apple's iCloud Backup, not a Pith Voice sync. If Advanced Data Protection is on, your iCloud Backup is end-to-end encrypted; if not, it is encrypted at rest by Apple. Pith Voice cannot read or access it.
Settings → "Export your journal" assembles a ZIP of every entry on your iPhone and presents the iOS share sheet. You decide where the ZIP goes. Pith Voice does not retain a copy.
Pith Voice is rated 12+. It does not collect any data and does not knowingly serve users under 13.
If we change this policy, the version note at the top will update. Material changes will also be announced in the in-app About screen.
