These terms govern your use of Pause. By installing Pause from the Apple App Store, you accept these terms.
Pause is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on iPhone devices you own or control. The Apple Standard EULA (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, Schedule A) also applies to your use of Pause; where these terms and Apple's terms conflict, the more restrictive applies.
Pause offers three products in the subscription group "pause.main":
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Apple ID Settings. Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase. Restore Purchases is available in Pause Settings.
Pause is a personal utility. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or addiction-treatment service. It cannot prevent you from accessing any app or website. The routing mechanism is opt-in and removable; the reflection step is a moment of friction you give yourself.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute Pause. You may not use Pause to harass, deceive, or violate any law.
Pause is provided "as is". Hadger studio makes no warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hadger studio is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Pause.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. EU consumer rights apply where local law requires.
