You are on the static-reflection path. This happens on iPhone 14 and earlier, or when Apple Intelligence is turned off in iOS Settings. To check: open Pause → Settings → Reflection mode. If it says "Static", the on-device LLM is unavailable. Either upgrade to iPhone 15 Pro+ or enable Apple Intelligence in iOS Settings → Apple Intelligence.
The Shortcuts automation may have been removed. Open Pause → Settings → Routed apps → tap the app → re-create the routing per the on-screen instructions.
iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pause → Cancel Subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple; Pause cannot issue refunds directly.
Yes, that works. Pause cannot stop you. That is by design — Pause is an agreement with yourself, not an enforcement layer.
Pause stores no user data on any server. There is no data to export. Your routed-app list and reflection-tone preference live in iOS's encrypted local storage and are erased when you delete Pause.
