By using Morsel you agree to these terms. Morsel is provided by Hadger studio (ИП Шмигирилов, Kazakhstan).
Morsel is a personal food-and-feeling diary. You log meals and a short daily check-in, and after about two weeks Morsel reflects back patterns in your own data — which foods appear more often on the days you felt a certain way. Morsel is a personal-data mirror, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or test for IBS, food allergy, intolerance, or any condition, and its pattern cards are observations, not advice. Do not rely on Morsel as a substitute for professional medical care; talk to a clinician about symptoms.
Unless you and Hadger have signed a separate agreement, Morsel is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms of Use supplement, and do not replace, that agreement.
Morsel offers an optional weekly subscription, an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial, and a one-time lifetime unlock, all sold through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before each period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Morsel. The App Store, not Hadger, processes all payments and refunds.
Use Morsel for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
Morsel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadger is not liable for any health decision or other decision made in reliance on the app's output.
These terms may change; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
