Is Meridian medical advice? No. Meridian is an educational reference that summarizes published guidance with citations and evidence grades. It never diagnoses, and for anything severe, sudden, or worrying it will point you to clinical care — those red-flag cards are free for everyone.
Where does my information live? Only on your iPhone. Meridian has no account and collects no data; bookmarks and notes stay in the app's local storage, and the appointment one-pager leaves your phone only when you share it yourself.
A card seems out of date or wrong. Guidance evolves; every card names its sources so you can check them. Email us — corrections ship with the app's content updates, and we note what changed in the quarterly guidance notes.
How do I restore my purchase? Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel the subscription? iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Meridian Plus. The index, your first three cards, and all safety cards stay available either way.
