Is my audio recorded? No. Speech is analyzed live on your iPhone by Apple's on-device Speech frameworks. The audio is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere — Aplomb works identically in Airplane Mode.

Is this therapy? No. Aplomb rehearses a skill. It is not therapy, speech therapy, or medical advice.

How do I restore a purchase? Open Settings inside Aplomb and tap "Restore Purchases."

How do I delete my data? Open Settings inside Aplomb and tap "Delete all rehearsal data."
