These terms govern your use of Almanac. By installing Almanac from the Apple App Store, you accept these terms.
Almanac is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on iPhone devices you own or control. The Apple Standard EULA (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, Schedule A) also applies to your use of Almanac; where these terms and Apple's terms conflict, the more restrictive applies.
Almanac offers two subscription options in the group "almanac.main":
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. The 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers only and applies to the Annual plan. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial period ends. No charge during the trial period.
Almanac is a personal data journal and pattern-observation tool. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a treatment, therapy, or diagnostic service. It does not replace a healthcare provider. The correlations Almanac surfaces are observations on your own self-reported data; they are not clinical findings, diagnoses, or recommendations.

You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute Almanac. You may not use Almanac to harass, deceive, or violate any law.
All data you enter into Almanac stays on your device. You can export it or delete it at any time from Almanac Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Almanac is provided "as is". Hadger studio makes no warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose, including any health or wellness outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hadger studio is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Almanac.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. EU consumer rights apply where local law requires.
