If something is not working — or just not making sense — email hadger.support@gmail.com. You will reach a human (Roman) within 1–2 business days.
Almanac needs at least 7 days of logs and at least 3 days in both the "no drinks" group and the "2 or more drinks" group before it can draw a conclusion. Keep logging your morning check-in and drinks each day. The "Day N of learning" progress count on your Today screen tracks exactly where you are.
iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Almanac → Cancel Subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple; Almanac cannot issue refunds directly.
Almanac stores all data locally on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes all data; there is no server backup. If you reinstall, your subscription is restored via Apple's StoreKit, but drink logs and check-ins cannot be recovered unless you had previously exported them via Settings → Export my data.
Go to Almanac → Settings → Delete all my data. This permanently removes all drinks, check-ins, and your profile from the device. Your subscription (if active) remains in your Apple ID and must be cancelled separately in iOS Settings.
Go to Almanac → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This re-verifies your active subscription with Apple and restores access if the app was reinstalled.
Almanac collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. All data is on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
