By using Sift you agree to these terms. Sift is provided by Hadger studio (ИП Шмигирилов, Kazakhstan).
Sift is a personal worry-sorting and journaling tool. You write down what's on your mind, and Sift sorts it into Act, Noise, and Recurring — and over time surfaces themes that keep coming back. Sift is a calm sorting tool, not therapy and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or claim to reduce anxiety, stress, or any condition, and its sorted lists and insights are observations about your own writing, not advice. Do not rely on Sift as a substitute for professional care; if you are struggling, talk to a qualified professional.
Unless you and Hadger have signed a separate agreement, Sift is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms of Use supplement, and do not replace, that agreement.
Sift offers an optional weekly subscription, an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial, and a one-time lifetime unlock, all sold through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before each period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sift. The App Store, not Hadger, processes all payments and refunds.
Use Sift for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
Sift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadger is not liable for any decision made in reliance on the app's output.
These terms may change; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
