These Terms of Use govern your use of Ruse, an iPhone app published by Hadger studio (IP Shmigirilov). By using Ruse you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, the Apple EULA controls.
Ruse is a calm daily logic-puzzle game for general audiences. It composes one fresh puzzle a day on your iPhone for you to solve by deduction. Ruse is a game. It makes no brain-training, cognitive-improvement, memory, or other efficacy claim, and is not a health, medical, or educational-outcome product.
Ruse's free tier includes today's puzzle — one full puzzle a day, every day. Optional paid tiers (together, "Ruse Plus") unlock the archive of every past puzzle, all theme packs, difficulty selection, and staged hints:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
Your puzzle progress and saved archive are yours and stay on your device. Hadger never receives, stores, or has any access to them.
Ruse is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadger disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
