These Terms of Use govern your use of Foray, an iPhone app published by Hadger studio (ИП ШМИГИРИЛОВ). By using Foray you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, the Apple EULA controls.
Foray is a calm outdoor exploration game for general audiences. It composes small, abstract discovery quests for you to find in your own surroundings. Foray is a game, not a navigation, fitness, health, or safety product, and it makes no such claims.
Foray encourages you to look around your real-world surroundings, but it never directs you to a specific place. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct while playing. Mind your surroundings, obey all laws, respect private property, do not trespass, and do not enter unsafe areas. Skip any quest you cannot safely or lawfully complete. Hadger is not responsible for what you choose to do while playing.
Foray's free tier includes one full round per day. Optional paid tiers unlock unlimited rounds, all themed packs, home-neighbourhood mode, custom round length, and your full photo-foray history:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
The photos and rounds you create in Foray are yours and stay on your device. Hadger never receives, stores, or has any access to them.
Foray is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadger disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
