By using Culprit you agree to these terms. Culprit is provided by Hadger studio.
Culprit is a personal skincare diary. You log the products on your shelf and a short daily skin-reaction note, and after about a week Culprit reflects back a read from your own data — which product appears most often on the days your skin reacted. Culprit is a cosmetic product-reaction tracker, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or name any skin condition, and its suspect read is an observation about a product, not advice. Do not rely on Culprit as a substitute for professional medical care; talk to a dermatologist about your skin.
Unless you and Hadger have signed a separate agreement, Culprit is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms of Use supplement, and do not replace, that agreement.
Culprit offers an optional weekly subscription, an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial, and a one-time lifetime unlock, all sold through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before each period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Culprit. The App Store, not Hadger, processes all payments and refunds.
Use Culprit for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
Culprit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadger is not liable for any skincare decision or other decision made in reliance on the app's output.
